As-New Condition:

If your product is in as-new condition, we will return 70% of its value to you as LBV gift card. The gift card can be redeemed on your next purchase.

Wear and Tear:

For products showing minor signs of wear and tear or with damaged polish but still in good condition, we will return 50% of the product's value as LBV gift card. The gift card can be redeemed in future transactions.

Non-Usable Condition:

If the product is broken or not in a condition suitable for reuse, we will return 30% of its value as LBV gift card. The gift card can be redeemed on your next purchase..

Verification Process:

Please note that the above values are contingent upon the physical verification of the product by our team. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Return Courier Charges:

Kindly be aware that return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be adjusted against the LBV gift card issued to you.
